The difference comes in how we compete. We use Green technology to reduce our power, cooling, and space costs. Similarly, we provide users with the time-saving ability to power cycle and manage their systems from a console, and we offer affordable KVM (keyboard, video, mouse) usage for total customer control. Internally, all our systems are engineered for gigabit transfer to permit rapid backup and interoperability in multi-machine clusters.

We strongly focus on achieving higher performance and further power saving through the use of Flash Solid State Disks (SSDs). Our price for Flash technology is significantly less than other firms, but the level of IOs per second (IOPS) is dramatically higher because we supply free use of our Raid SuperCharger core Flash technology.

Our engineering support is not limited to just delivering "boxes." We have a strong commitment to all forms of virtualization, including VMware, Xen and KVM. Similarly, we have the skills to fix Linux O/S bugs to assure reliable performance of all hardware provided. We can also consequently deliver high availability technology.
